What should I expect in class?

A 45-min rhythm-based cycle class where we focus on bringing the community together one pedal stroke at a time!

What should I bring to class?

Bring a water bottle and socks. A towel is provided.

What should I wear?

Wear athletic clothing and footwear.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class time to sign a waiver, and have your bike set up by a staff member.

Where can I park?

The Spin District is located at 100 Plaza Real South, Suite C, Boca Raton, FL 33432. There are multiple parking garages across from Original Fat Cats. At 101 Plaza Real South, take the elevator which will drop you off across the street from our location. Parking lots are in front of Boca Nails, and to the sides of The Standard. There is also parallel parking in front of the studio.

We encourage you to sign up ahead of time by booking on our website www.thespindistrict.com, or book using our app The Spin District available for IOS and Android. You can also contact the studio at (561)-757-3978 or (646)-504-2534.

How do I sign up for classes?

Book through our website by selecting the “book now” tab. This will take you to our weekly class schedule. Select reserve under the day and time you’d like. If you haven’t ridden with us at The Spin District before, select “create one now,” fill in the required information, and select the bike number you’d like to ride on. It will then say “ Buy a membership or credit to reserve this class”. This will then take you to our pricing page, select accordingly, select purchase now, then select submit order. This will take you back to the class map of our bikes again, select your bike, and select “complete your reservation.” You’re now booked!

Do I need special cycling shoes?

No, we have our own rental shoes for you to borrow. Our bikes are compatible with SPD clips. You may bring your own shoes if they have SPD clips or rent shoes from us for $3. For your first class with us, the rental is free!

What kind of bikes do you have?

We have Keiser M3 bikes.

What is the cancellation / no show policy?

The Spin District does not charge for a cancellation and there is a $20 charge for a no show. This policy is subject to change when classes are at full capacity. Contact the studio at (561)-757-3978 if you have any questions or a problem with your account.

What is the waitlist policy?

4 minutes prior to the class start time, we give riders on the waitlist who are present in the studio priority, and we let them into the class. Riders that are not present in the studio 4 minutes prior to the start time may forfeit their bikes. This allows all riders to get clipped into the bike in time for class to begin.

What is your refund policy?

We do not refund packs or memberships once used.

I’m new to cycling. Are your classes appropriate for beginners?

Yes, everyone starts somewhere!

What is the Difference between classic and performance ride?

Our classic ride is beat driven with choreography added in to create a full body workout. We use the tempo and intensity of the music to format our rides, making sure our riders get a safe, effective, and creative routine each time they clip in. Our performance ride is quality caloric burn is the focus of our performance ride incorporating big hills and intervals, a higher intensity is the goal.
